Automated Dream List + DCS Top Targets weekly digests shipped: Milan built automated weekly email digests for both the Enterprise Dream List and DCS Top Targets. Each digest summarizes company status changes, recent meetings, and news signals — delivered to partners every Sunday night. First editions went out April 12–13. skill/agent sourcing
Network board expanded 8→25 tasks: Sam and the Network team scoped a full backlog of AI-ready workstreams — biggest single-week expansion of any Phase 2 team. Network in SONAR MCP and Network Database both in progress. skill/agent
Phase 2 team onboarding in full swing: Finance (9 skills scoped with Wayne), IR (6 skills with Raemie), Network (2 skills with Sam), and Capital Markets (Liquidity Dashboard with Milan) all have active workstreams. Enterprise Signals + Reducto optimization plan: Raemie and Jason scoped the Reducto integration for the Deals SharePoint folder — enabling AI-native parsing of IC memos, CIMs, and financial models at scale. Signals/Patterns Analysis for recent enterprise pipeline also underway. skill/agent
Claude SSO and RBAC settings rollout: SSO configuration and role-based access controls in progress for week of 4/5. Part of the security and governance layer for broader firm adoption. infra

Blockers & Risks

Scheduled task failures during peak hours: Heavy Cowork tasks still failing between 10am–6pm ET. Dedicated Mac Minis per team member partially in progress but Milan on PTO through April 16. Fix timeline shifted. blocker
Phase 2 scope expansion: Finance alone has 55+ tasks queued across compliance, funds, manco, and valuation workstreams. Network expanded from 8→25 tasks in one week. Need to prioritize ruthlessly to maintain delivery velocity with a 3-person build team.
